Amtrak manhandled my bike and caused a bunch of minor damage to it. I will be spending the day truing my wheels and grocery shopping.
Made a good day of drinking at a pretty hip northwestern bar last night. Delicious food and a chair on the sidewalk is all the excuse I needed to drink myself silly before a friend gave me a ride to my parents.
So, while there will be minimal miles ridden today, I will be getting maximum Mom time which is sorely needed.
